Packaging Supervisor

For a specialized production company in the food sector, active in the processing of fresh potato products, we are looking for a packaging supervisor.

In this role, you will take charge of the packaging department and contribute to the smooth operation of the team. Your responsibilities:

• You start the packaging process and supervise its execution.
• You coordinate and motivate the team in the packaging department.
• You monitor quality, hygiene, and safety.
• You resolve operational problems and look for opportunities for improvement.
• You check packaging orders and coordinate with production planning and storage.
• You support the further rollout of the MES and ERP system.
• You report to the production manager.

We are looking for a candidate who recognizes themselves in the following:

• You have experience in production, preferably in the food sector.
• You are technically proficient and strong in team coordination.
• You work accurately, flexibly, and with a sense of responsibility.
• You speak fluent English.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• You are proficient with computers.
