Teamleader Quality Control

As Teamlead Quality Control, you play a key role in monitoring and improving quality within this company.

You combine people management with a hands-on approach: you lead the QC team, monitor our quality systems, and translate analyses and findings into concrete improvements on the shop floor.

Your role

• You manage and optimize our quality systems and processes according to ISO standards and relevant standards.
• You lead, coach, and motivate the QC team and ensure good staffing and collaboration.
• You monitor quality analyses and deviations and translate results into concrete action plans.
• You handle internal and external complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• You manage certificates and quality documentation and coordinate internal and external audits.
• You keep formulas in the ERP system up-to-date and follow up on changes.
• You work closely with Operations, R&D, and HSE on continuous improvement within the lab and production.
• You report directly to the Operations Director.

Who are we looking for?

You have experience with quality control and quality management in a production or industrial environment.

In addition, you possess:

• A Bachelor or Master in a scientific field, or equivalent through experience.
• Knowledge of lab analyses and quality processes. Affinity with chemical product regulation (GHS) is a plus.
• A hands-on and involved leadership style: you motivate your team and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for practical feasibility.
• A good basic knowledge of English and French.
• A proactive, structured, and accurate working attitude.
• A desire to commit for the long term and to sustainably anchor quality within the organization.
