Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving production processes.

You work closely with production, maintenance and quality and are regularly present on the shop floor.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing and optimizing production processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing concrete improvements.
• Testing, validating, and following up on new processes and working methods.
• Monitoring quality, safety, environment, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Providing technical support to production, maintenance, and other departments.
• Following up on projects, budgets, and deadlines and reporting on these to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics or a comparable technical education.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food or chemical sector.
• Experience with process optimization and technical projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
• Hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding quality, safety, and environment.
• You work independently, proactively, and result-oriented.
• You have a good knowledge of French and English
