Teamleader

Since 1984, we have been protecting all your steel structures against external influences with high-quality corrosion-resistant, insulating, beautifying, or fire-retardant coatings. In addition to the well-known coating systems, with which we have decades of experience, we have recently also started offering coating systems with a substantial content of biobased components.

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Teamleader. This is to replace (in the long term) our current Teamleader. You will be managed by our workshop manager and quality manager. You will work together with a team of subcontractors in our workshop in Ravels (Weelde).

• Good command of the English language (Polish is a plus) To be able to communicate smoothly with our workshop manager, quality manager, and planning.
• Technical skills Possessing (or being willing to learn) skills for the repair and maintenance of our airless pumps, blasting machine, rolling equipment, etc.
• Leadership skills Being able to motivate the team, think ahead, and work efficiently.
• Sense of responsibility Being able to perform the closing rounds, start activities and installations when the managers are not present, etc.
