Assistant Teamleader 2 shifts

As assistant teamleader, you are the right hand of the teamleader and help coordinate the daily operational functioning of the production process. You ensure that production is well-managed, quality is maintained, and productivity is optimal. You work closely with the team, ensure the right working atmosphere, and support the achievement of objectives.

We are a dynamic, fast-growing company focused on the development and sale of fishing tackle. For their location in Beerse, they are looking for an assistant teamleader in a 2 shifts system.

• You will be a working assistant teamleader in the inbound department.
• You will check and sort incoming goods and correctly follow up on the container planning.
• You will also maintain an overview of the internal flow of goods.
• In the absence of the teamleader, you are responsible for managing the reachtruck drivers and warehouse staff of your team.
• You will also monitor the presence of staff and temporary workers and oversee safety within the warehouse.
• You report to your supervisor.
• You have the ambition to take on more responsibilities.
• You already have relevant experience as a warehouse worker.
• You speak a little English.
