Inside Sales Representative 2-lingual (English/French)

For a dynamic international company in Merchtem, we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative who combines customer service with commercial flair and technical interest. You feel at home in a role where you switch daily between customers, sales, and internal teams, and where you can truly make an impact on growth and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you are the commercial and service-oriented point of contact for your region. Together with the External Sales Representative, you actively build strong customer relationships and support the further development of the customer portfolio. You are responsible for a mix of new and existing customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly and professionally from quotation to follow-up.

Specifically, you will work on:

• Expanding new customers and further developing existing relationships
• Further developing existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and price calculations
• Processing orders and stimulating the use of the E-Shop
• Daily customer contact via telephone and e-mail with a focus on commercial growth
• Keeping customer data up-to-date in ERP/CRM systems
• Identifying customer needs and commercial opportunities
• First point of contact for questions and support
• Collaborating with External Sales regarding reporting and follow-up
• You have a strong hunter mentality and a pronounced commercial drive to bring in new customers
• You have a commercial and/or technical background.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical environment
• You speak and write fluent French and English
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not a requirement
• You work fluently with Excel and general IT tools
• You are strong in communication and commercially minded
