Job Description:

• Managing the planning cycle for the Fruit product category.
• Leading the monthly S&OP cycle and preparing management meetings.
• Translating data into clear reports and insights (inventory, forecasts, delivery reliability).
• Monitoring harvests and suppliers; mapping risks and opportunities.
• Coordinating stock distribution between countries and sites to supply customers in a timely manner.
• Contributing to budget planning (production, purchasing, internal transfers).
• Approving contracts and orders in line with the supply strategy.
• Improving Master Data quality and supply chain processes.
• Participating in projects that further optimize planning and data.
• Master's degree (economics, business administration, commercial engineering) or equivalent through experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning or S&OP, preferably international.
• Suitable for both young talents with ambition and experienced specialists.
• Analytical, structured, strong communicator, and persuasive towards stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP (IBP or S/4HANA) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Polish is an extra asset.
• Proactive, collaborative, and quality-conscious.
