Loading Crew Supervisor

Do you like to maintain an overview while ensuring that everything runs smoothly? As a loading crew supervisor, you combine an administrative role with an active presence on the shop floor. You ensure that transports depart safely, correctly, and according to schedule. You prepare transport documents, meticulously follow up on administration, and work closely with dispatching. Additionally, you lead the loading crew, monitor quality and safety, and support colleagues where necessary. You keep an eye on the inventory and actively contribute ideas for a more efficient organization of loading activities. Thanks to your structured approach, daily transports proceed without problems.

Your main tasks

• Preparing and following up on transport documents and planning.
• Leading and supporting the loading crew on the shop floor.
• Monitoring safety, quality, inventory, and efficient operations.
• You possess an A2-diploma or are equivalent through experience.
• Experience with a rolbrug is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You work fluently with the most common computer programs.
• You can manage well in French and English.
• You are hands-on, accurate, independent, and remain calm under pressure.
