Its teams serve industrial players in the fields of electricity, automation, industrial IT, robotic process supervision, and the execution of industrial process sites.

To support our growth, we are recruiting a confirmed Industrial Automation Engineer M/F on a CDI contract for our Chamalières site.

In collaboration with the business manager and the project manager, you will join a design office and take charge of PLC programming, from the design phase to on-site commissioning.

Your main missions are as follows:

Design & Studies

• Write functional analyses and contribute to the development of automated assembly machines

Define automation architectures according to client needs and technical constraints

Programming

• Program and optimize PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell.)

• Write specific scripts and develop/improve HMIs and supervision systems

• Participate in automation and digitalization projects (industry 4.0)

Commissioning

• Perform tests: adjustments, parameter settings, functional trials

• Ensure the commissioning of equipment at client sites

• Write operating procedures and support users

Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Diagnose and troubleshoot automated installations

• Propose and implement technical improvements to processes

** Mobility

• Frequent travel in France and internationally

Profile sought:

• Confirmed experience in PLC programming and commissioning of automated installations

• Knowledge of the following environments: Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell

• Ability to read and write technical documents (functional analyses, procedures.)

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical spirit, and a taste for field work

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and support users

• English level allowing for development in an international context

Additional assets:

• Industrial robot programming.

• Knowledge of industrial vision.
