Operations Coordinator

Location: Ashford, Feltham Salary: £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday - Hybrid Working Available after training We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join a busy team, keeping deliveries, collections, relocations and installations running like clockwork. What you'll be doing Coordinating deliveries, collections, relocations and installations for key customers. Keeping customers updated and providing a first-class service from start to finish. Booking jobs, raising paperwork and keeping systems and records accurate. Preparing customer quotations and arranging services with third-party suppliers. Tackling operational challenges and finding quick, practical solutions. Working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Managing customer enquiries, reports, inventory information and supplier purchase orders. Ensuring job files are accurate and ready for the accounts team. What we're looking for At least 3 years' customer service experience in a similar role. Experience in transport, logistics or installations would be a big plus! Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. Strong organisational skills and fantastic attention to detail. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A positive, flexible, team-focused attitude. Someone who takes ownership, uses their initiative and enjoys solving problems.
