We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative and Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy team in Milton Keynes.

This is a varied role combining customer service, order administration and supply chain coordination. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently, deliveries are managed effectively and customers receive an excellent level of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams
• Tracking stock availability, deliveries and shortages
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Following up with suppliers on outstanding orders
• Keeping customers updated on order progress
• Maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records
• Supporting reconciliations and reporting
• Monitoring order and supplier performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service levels

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or supply chain
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience using ERP or order management systems
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to problem solving

Experience of purchasing, stock control, logistics or B2B customer service would be advantageous.

A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential, as equivalent practical experience will be considered.
