Clarifying information: ACS, which is part of the international 2JCP group, is a dynamically growing company operating in the field of design and provision of technical solutions, especially for the energy sector and the construction of industrial units. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany and Poland, we support renowned customers in the areas of switchgear manufacturing, installations, commissioning of technologies and maintenance of systems. We are looking for an experienced colleague for our team who will take responsibility for the area of technical production preparation and help us push production efficiency to a higher level. We manufacture everything from small switchgears to distribution units with a nominal current of up to 7200A. Main job description:

• Leading and developing the TPV team
• Managing technical production preparation processes (procedures, bills of materials, standards)
• Creating manual production documentation based on both our and client

documentation

• Creation and optimization of production documentation
• Cooperation with production, design and purchasing
• Implementing new projects into production
• Searching for savings and streamlining processes (lean, standardization)
• Working with the ERP system (data management, change management)

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, or alternatively secondary school with demonstrable experience in

a similar position

• Experience in the field of TPV or electrical manufacturing
• Experience in team leadership

• Ability to read technical documentation
• Orientation in production processes (ideally job-shop or electrical)
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Helios) is an advantage
• Knowledge of working with E-Plan, or possibly AutoCad
• Ability to learn new things (Eaton X-main Energy Konfigurátor)
• English language at a communicative level
