Clarifying information: What awaits you with us

• You will lead and develop a team of software engineers and designers of industrial automation
• Managing the technical side of automation projects, including capacity planning and resource allocation
• Designing control system architecture and overseeing the quality of delivered solutions
• You will participate in the programming and configuration of PLC systems
• You will oversee the design and development of HMI/SCADA applications
• Cooperation with project management, electrical designers, production, sales, and customers
• Creating and maintaining technical standards, methodologies, and documentation
• Providing technical support during FAT/SAT tests, commissioning of equipment, and troubleshooting operational issues
• Mentoring team members and developing their technical competencies
• Engaging in commercial-technical negotiations and preparation of offers

What we need from you

• Secondary or Higher education in a technical field, ideally automation, electrical engineering, cybernetics, industrial control, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation
• At least 3 years of experience leading a technical team or technical project management
• Proven experience in the design and programming of PLC systems
• Practical experience in creating HMI or SCADA applications

• Advanced knowledge of the Siemens environment, especially SIMATIC S7-1200 / S7-1500, TIA Portal and ideally PCS 7
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems, ideally AVEVA System Platform / InTouch, Reliance SCADA or WinCC
• Orientation in industrial communication protocols, such as Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU or OPC UA
• Ability to read electrical and project documentation
• English at a level that allows you to communicate across ACS branches and with customers
• Ability to lead a team, make decisions, and take responsibility for technical solutions

• Expertise in manufacturing digitalization, data collection, or connecting control systems to higher enterprise systems
