Clarifying information: Warehouse Worker and Expeditor ACS International s.r.o., which is part of the international 2JCP group, is a dynamically growing company operating in the field of design and provision of technical solutions, especially for the energy sector and the construction of industrial units. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany and Poland, we support renowned customers in the field of switchgear manufacturing, installations, commissioning of technologies and maintenance of systems. For our team we are looking for a motivated worker for the Warehouse and Dispatch department. Main job description:

• Receiving goods (visual incoming inspection) and checking documents accompanying the goods
• Stocking, issuing goods, inventories
• Updating stock data, maintaining relevant records of movement and stock overview, possible communication regarding reports with the accounting and purchasing department
• Work in the internal IT system for warehouse management, Excel, Word
• Upon completion of projects – sorting and warehousing materials brought from the construction site
• Communication with carriers for dispatch, arranging transport, packaging material for dispatch
• Preparation of material items for final dispatch of individual projects (including documentation). Creating all necessary documents
• Coordination of dispatch in cooperation with the purchasing department, sometimes communication in English is required
• Carrying heavy loads
• One-way traffic

• Secondary school with maturita/Vocational training without maturita
• Experience in warehouse management is welcome
• Administration, knowledge of PC work, good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• English at a communicative level
• Group B driver's license, active driver
• Independence, responsibility for entrusted tasks, reliability, meticulousness
• Forklift license is an advantage
