Clarifying information: ACS International s.r.o., which is part of the international 2JCP group, is a dynamically growing company operating in the field of design and provision of technical solutions, especially for the energy sector and the construction of industrial units. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany and Poland, we support renowned customers in the areas of switchgear manufacturing, installations, commissioning of technologies and maintenance of systems. We are expanding our team of project managers; we are looking for a project manager who would lead our implementation projects. A successful candidate will work closely with the team of designers, procurement and installation teams to ensure seamless implementation according to the requirements of our customers, from planning to completion. Main job description:

• Offering, contracting and implementation of projects
• Project management based on the confirmed schedule
• Approval of purchases and adherence to the set project budget
• Monitoring cost overruns and communicating them with the client
• Providing technical support for the project
• Communication with the client's team regarding the current project status
• Communication with the ACS team regarding the current status of individual project stages

(Engineering, procurement, production, packaging and dispatch)

• Identifying potential project risks and participating in their resolution
• Quality control and adherence to standards provided by the client

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering education University/High School (with demonstrable experience and knowledge

• Fluent English, excellent communication skills, German language is an advantage
• At least 2-5 years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cooperate in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
