Clarifying information: ACS International s.r.o., which is part of the international 2JCP group, is a dynamically growing company operating in the field of design and provision of technical solutions, especially for the energy sector and the construction of industrial units. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany and Poland, we support renowned customers in the areas of switchgear manufacturing, installations, commissioning of technologies and maintenance of systems. We are expanding our team of project managers; we are looking for a project manager who would lead our implementation projects. A successful candidate will work closely with the design team, procurement and installation teams to ensure seamless implementation according to our customers' requirements, from planning to completion. Main job description:

• Offering, contracting and implementing projects
• Project management based on the confirmed schedule
• Approving purchases and adhering to the set project budget
• Monitoring cost overruns and communicating them to the client
• Providing technical support for the project
• Communication with the client's team regarding the current status of the project
• Communication with the ACS team regarding the current status of individual project stages (Engineering, procurement, production, packaging and dispatch)
• Identifying potential project risks and participating in their resolution
• Quality control and adherence to standards provided by the client

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering education University/Secondary school (with demonstrable experience and knowledge of electrical engineering), University in project management

• Fluent English, excellent communication skills, German language is an advantage
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
