Job Summary You will provide attentive and efficient service to guests at an Italian restaurant on Keong Saik Road, working six days a week with split shifts, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests promptly to create a welcoming atmosphere Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with kitchen and team members to coordinate smooth service during split shifts Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally during busy periods including weekends and public holidays Other Information Work schedule: 6 days a week, split shifts, Monday off Work includes weekends and public holidays Lunch provided during shifts
