Assistant Production Manager

We are seeking a highly capable  Assistant Production Manager  to support and manage daily production operations in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist in tracking and improving operational KPIs to meet company targets

Oversee day-to-day operations of production lines, production control & planning

Manage manpower allocation, chemical processing activities, and equipment maintenance

Ensure production schedules align with Technical, QA/QC, NDT, Sales, and customer requirements

Maintain effective communication across all departments to ensure operational alignment

Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and production output

Ensure efficient plant and equipment operations with the production team

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and safety committee requirements

Maintain 5S housekeeping, safe working conditions, and proper chemical handling and waste disposal

Support staffing requirement planning and workforce allocation across production lines

Requirements Education: Diploma in Engineering or related discipline

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production shopfloor environment with the aerospace industry

Good to Have: At least 3 years in Aerospace industry in supervisory positions relating to operations.

At least 3 years of chemical processing experience including but not limited to anodizing, electroplating, chemical cleaning, etc.
