How you will support us

• Collaboration in our IT Service Team for the support of our Managed Service customers
• Systematic analysis and resolution of errors in the IT environment
• You process Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests in Second Level Support
• You create and maintain documentation
• Third Level Support in the IT network and security area

How you will convince us

• You have completed training as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in First and/or Second Level Support is required
• You have practical professional experience in a customer service environment
• Your way of working is structured and your approach is careful and result-oriented
• Strong communication skills are among your qualities
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting and error rectification in IT network and security infrastructures
• Basic English skills (spoken & written)
• Knowledge and experience in focus technologies and products with specialization in the IT network and security area:
• Network, telephony: Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Firewall, IT-SecuritySophos: Cisco
• E-Mail: Microsoft Exchange
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Server/Storage: HPE
• Backup: Veeam, Micro Focus
• OS: Microsoft, Linux
• Training or certifications in the mentioned focus technologies are desirable
