Property Ranger - Landscaping Team
About the company
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Property Ranger to join a Landscaping Team, working across a variety of residential and commercial properties.
Your tasks
This hands-on role involves maintaining outdoor spaces, travelling between properties, cutting grass and keeping external areas clean, tidy and well maintained. Previous experience in landscaping and outdoor property maintenance is required.
- Prepare and level ground, lay turf, sow grass seed, and plant trees, shrubs and flowers.
- Build and install patios, pathways, decking, fencing and walls.
- Clear sites, dig and move topsoil, and work from basic architectural or landscape plans.
- Carry out weeding, pruning, hedge cutting and general grounds maintenance.
- Cut grass and maintain outdoor areas across residential and commercial properties.
- Travel between properties to complete landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Keep external spaces clean, tidy and well maintained.
Requirements
If you enjoy practical outdoor work and have experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, this could be an excellent opportunity to put your skills to use across a range of sites.
- Previous experience in landscaping and outdoor property maintenance.
- Ability to carry out manual labour outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good attention to detail.
- A team-player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
What we offer
- Pay of £13.89 per hour.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Working hours of Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-3:30pm, and Friday, 7:30am-3pm.
- Immediate start available.
