Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Biology Lab Technicians / Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing life sciences company based in North Cardiff.
Your tasks
Working within a close-knit team, you will support manufacturing and assembly operations in the biology department. The working environment is a lab-like room where high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are essential due to the nature of the work.
- Manufacture, automatically dispense and pack catalogue and custom products following documented processes.
- Assemble and package finished goods.
- Work as part of a team to deliver customer and business requirements.
- Ensure all records are completed in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in a timely manner.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards within the working area and report any safety concerns.
Requirements
This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing experience who are looking to work within the life sciences industry.
- Previous consistent manufacturing experience or lab based experienced is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work in an organised and logical manner while following procedures.
- Flexibility to carry out a wide range of tasks and learn new tasks quickly.
What we offer
- £14.57 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- 7am-3:30pm working hours.
- Temporary ongoing assignment.
