Your Mission

• As Team Leader Quality Assurance, you will take over the strategic and operational management of the Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control areas
• You bear responsibility for quality controls, first article inspections, and assembly acceptance
• You evaluate the quality of assemblies and make well-founded decisions regarding quality deviations
• You use problem-solving methods such as Ishikawa or 8D-Reports in a targeted manner
• You manage ESD-Management including measurements, training, and calibrations
• You analyze and evaluate complaints and initiate sustainable corrective actions
• You actively participate in the further development and maintenance of our management system
• You create, maintain, and manage QS-specific documentation
• You lead, train, and further develop your team both professionally and personally
• You plan and accompany internal as well as external audits and ensure that quality goals and budgets are achieved

Your Profile

• You have a completed technical degree (e.g., Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik or related) or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years of professional and leadership experience in Quality Management
• You bring sound knowledge of quality methods and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
• You convince through your communication strength, decisiveness, and teamwork skills
• You act with initiative, responsibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are willing to travel occasionally to support our international locations
