Service Technician in Laser Powder Bed Fusion Plant Construction

We are looking for a Service Technician in Laser Powder Bed Fusion Plant Construction to strengthen our service team.

Your Tasks:

You will complement our team across the entire service spectrum, both internally at our location in Herzogenrath and externally at customer sites. Your tasks will primarily include:

• Commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on our LPBF systems
• Retrofits and conversions for system optimization
• Training and instruction of our customers on the systems
• Support in customer service and support

What You Bring:

• Successfully completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics mechanic), completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering (Bachelor) or similar
• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of commissioning machine tools and in customer support
• You work extremely independently, solution-oriented, and reliably
• You enjoy facing new challenges with a wide range of tasks and enjoy implementing your own suggested solutions
• You have good written and spoken English skills and are proficient in using common IT application programs (MS-Office)
• You love the world and enjoy traveling
