Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician in L-PBF System Service

We are looking for a dedicated Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician to strengthen our service team.

Your Tasks:

You will take over the electrotechnical commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our LPBF systems – both in-house and directly at the customer's site. In doing so, you will test and analyze faults in electrical and electronic assemblies, controls, and control cabinets and resolve them independently. Electrical retrofits and modifications for system optimization are also part of your area of responsibility, as is the regular testing of the functionality and safety of electrical system components, which you will document carefully. Furthermore, you will train our customers in handling the systems and act as a competent contact person for technical questions in customer service and support.

What You Bring:

• Successfully completed training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable electrotechnical qualification
• Knowledge in the field of control technology, control cabinet wiring, as well as in fault diagnosis of electrical and electronic assemblies
• Ideally, initial experience in the commissioning of machine tools or production machines as well as in customer support
• An independent, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of new challenges, a versatile field of activity, and the independent implementation of proposed solutions
• Good written and spoken English skills as well as confident handling of common MS-Office applications
• Willingness to travel and interest in getting to know the world
