Technical Facility Manager (m/w/d) – Industrial Environment

Are you the technical mind for a huge industrial site in Kiel?

Imagine being responsible for the infrastructure of one of the largest and most technically demanding industrial areas in Northern Germany. Here, you will encounter venerable halls, modern shipyards, and high-tech production.

As a Technical Facility & Infrastructure Manager (m/w/d), you are the link between the plant management and the local tradespeople. You ensure that operations run smoothly, coordinate external service providers, and always keep an eye on our energy and waste goals.

What awaits you:

• You manage maintenance, conversions, and new constructions on an extensive industrial site.
• You are the first point of contact for external service providers and third-party companies.
• You report directly to the plant management and maintain an overview (e.g., via SAP).
• You actively drive energy management and waste management forward.

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies (Construction/Architecture) or further training as a Techniker (m/w/d).
• Several years of experience in Facility Management, plant planning, or construction management.
• You speak fluent "tradesperson" and fluent "management" – and have SAP as well as good English skills.
• You work in the Kiel region and are interested in an environment that is system-relevant.
