Process Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Analysis, optimization, and sustainable further development of business processes along the entire value chain
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to increase efficiency, transparency, and profitability
• Increasing profitability by reducing costs and complexity as well as improving response times
• Conception, implementation, and continuous further development of controlling instruments and reporting structures
• Optimization and further development of existing IT systems (e.g., ERP systems) in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Independent management and implementation of projects with a focus on process improvement and organizational transformation
• Identification of improvement potential and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of professional experience in process management, controlling, supply chain management, or a production environment
• Very good understanding of business and logistical contexts
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as well as proficient use of MS Office
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking skills and high methodological competence
• Strong understanding of systems and processes
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• High communication skills, presentation strength, and teamwork skills
