SEND LSA / Teaching Assistant (2:1 Support) Location: Wimblington Hourly Rate: £23.00 - £27.00 per hour DOE Hours: Monday 12:15 – 14:45 Tuesday Wednesday 12:15 – 14:45 Thursday 11:00 – 13:00 Friday 09:00 – 12:00 Term-time only

We are seeking a dedicated TA / HLTA in the Wimblington area. You will be supporting a learner with a range of needs, including : Moderate significantly delayed language and delayed speech Learning Difficulties Difficulties Regulating Emotion and Behaviour Difficulties Regulating Attention and Concentration Hyperactive Sensory Processing Difficulties Fine Motor Skills Difficulties
Key Responsibilities You’ll provide face-to-face 2:1 supporting a tutor, within the home and then moving on in to the community. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Tutor who will be delivering core subjects (Maths, English, Science) SEND-specific Supporting the Tutor in providing a therapeutic and adaptable approach to education, ensuring each learner’s individual needs are met. Candidate Profile: Proven experience supporting as an LSA, TA or HLTA for children with SEND/SEMH. Background in education, youth work, or therapeutic settings.
