Position: Site Manager (Solar Projects) Location: Nigeria Experience: 5 10 Years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred Role Summary: We re looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer to lead the execution ofground-mounted solar PV projects ranging from 2 MW to 50 MW. The role involvesmanaging all phases of project delivery including civil works, mechanical installations,and electrical integration, while working closely with contractors and project managers.The candidate will ensure safe, timely execution aligned with international standards and deliver high-quality results across every stage of the project. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar PV projects (2 MW 50 MW) Supervise civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical installation activities Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and warehouse/store teams Monitor project progress, timelines, and site productivity Ensure proper installation of modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and cabling Conduct site planning, BOQ verification, and material coordination Ensure compliance with HSE and international quality standards Oversee cable laying, terminations, and grid connectivity activities Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar PV systems Experience in civil, electrical, and mechanical site coordination
