Job Description:

Here, we are not looking for a profile that supervises support from a distance.

We are looking for someone who loves understanding why something isn't working, and above all, finding how to make it work.

You will primarily support installers and professional partners, before and after installation, on technical issues related to equipment, their configuration, connectivity, and the associated platform.

Your missions will notably include: processing technical requests received by phone and via tickets; intervening on level 1 and level 2 issues; supporting installers in the configuration and handling of solutions; analyzing incidents and identifying their origin; diagnosing issues related to hardware, components, connectivity, or the platform; guiding installers step-by-step until resolution; ensuring clear and reactive follow-up of requests; identifying recurring incidents and main pain points; contributing to improving partner onboarding and training; reporting relevant information to international Product and technical teams.

You will work regularly with European teams, particularly those based in Norway, and may occasionally intervene in the launch of new partners or strategic projects.

Profile Description:

Ideally, you have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in a technical environment and have a true appetite for diagnostics and problem-solving.

Your background may come from electric charging, electricity, electrotechnics, electronics, connectivity, IoT, or an IT environment combining software and hardware.

Field experience is a real plus: to guide an installer effectively, you must concretely understand what they have in front of them.

Above all, we are looking for a very operational profile. You enjoy analyzing, testing, understanding, and solving rather than simply passing the problem on to someone else.

However, technical skills alone are not enough. When faced with an installer dealing with a malfunction, you know how to listen, reassure, ask the right questions, and clearly explain the actions to be taken.

Autonomous, adaptable, and service-oriented, you are comfortable in a small team and in an international environment.

A good level of English is necessary to communicate with European teams.

Why join this adventure?

You will join a growing European technology company in a market directly linked to current transformations in mobility and energy.

You will work on solutions combining hardware, software, cloud, and connectivity, with varied technical issues and real proximity to the field.

Your role will have a very concrete impact: enabling installers and partners to effectively utilize the deployed solutions.

Conditions Package: €45 to €55 K gross annual depending on experience and technical expertise. The package includes a variable component of approximately 10%, linked to objectives regarding Support activity. Travel: very occasional, mainly for major projects or the launch of strategic partners - maximum 2 to 3 per month Status: Cadre - forfait 214 days
