Human Resources Manager (M/F)
Job Description:

Your role
Reporting to the Direction Administrative et Financière, you will take charge of the operational HR function of an organization of approximately 100 employees.
In contact with teams, managers, and Management, you will adopt a true Business Partner posture, with a dual challenge: ensuring daily HR management and supporting the company's transformation.
Your missions
Your scope will be generalist and highly operational: ensuring daily HR management: personnel administration, onboarding/offboarding, supervision of outsourced payroll, legal and disciplinary matters; driving recruitment, integration, and employee training; advising and supporting managers on their HR and organizational issues; supporting Management in the transformation of teams and organizations; contributing to CSR projects, the evolution of HR practices, and new regulatory obligations; ensuring attentive monitoring of the social climate and maintaining close proximity to the teams.
The challenge: proposing pragmatic HR solutions, adapted to field realities and business objectives.
Profile Description:
You have a higher education background in Human Resources, ideally Bac+4/5, and have approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Ideally, you have evolved within a PME or ETI of approximately 100 employees, or in an organization agile enough to have allowed you to intervene on very varied HR issues.
Experience in the services sector will be a real plus.
Above all, we are looking for a profile that is generalist and highly operational, autonomous and pragmatic, close to the field and the teams, capable of understanding the commercial and financial stakes of a company, comfortable in a dynamic transformation environment, and endowed with true leadership, capable of quickly building links with very different interlocutors.
You know how to assert yourself without being overbearing and naturally find the right balance between listening, diplomacy, and firmness.
Fluent English is necessary.
Some occasional travel to the various agencies is to be expected.

Conditions and benefits
Contract: CDI Status: Cadre on a day-rate basis - 218 days/year Location: Suresnes (92) Remuneration: expected package between 50 and 70 K€, depending on experience and profile Variable: approximately 5 to 10% of salary Teleworking: up to 2 days per week after the probation period Probation period: 4 months, non-renewable Mutuelle covered at 100% Meal vouchers of 9 € per day Professional PC and phone CSE and employee benefits.
