Packaging Procurement and Supply Chain Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of the creation of this position, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:***Manage a procurement portfolio in close connection with the Quality and Supply Chain teams

• Identify and activate competitiveness levers through renegotiations, optimization of commercial conditions, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
• Launch and structure calls for tender; Participate in contracting and securing supplier commitments
• Actively contribute to the improvement of the industrial margin
• Map supplier risks and propose adapted action plans
• Monitor and manage supplier performance regarding costs, quality, lead times, and CSR issues
• Participate in the rationalization and professionalization of the supplier panel
• Contribute to the implementation of procurement standards and best practices
• Participate in securing supplies and reducing operational risks.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, you have developed a specialization in procurement, supply chain, or packaging.

You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position with a good mastery of packaging, ideally acquired within an industrial environment.

Possessing strong analytical skills and a real appetite for numbers, you enjoy environments where performance, negotiation, and achieving objectives play a central role.

Recognized for your rigor, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit, you move with ease in dynamic and collaborative contexts. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

Mastery of Excel is indispensable. Knowledge of an ERP is a complementary asset.

Finally, a professional level of English is required to operate in an international context.
