Industrial Sales Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
Reporting to the Business Director, you will develop a portfolio of industrial clients in France and internationally.
As the primary point of contact for your clients during the pre-sales phase, you will manage commercial projects from needs analysis to contracting, in close collaboration with internal technical teams.
You will work on complex technical projects where an understanding of thermal processes constitutes a real asset.
Your Missions
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of industrial clients and prospects.
- Identify client needs and analyze the technical and economic feasibility of projects.
- Develop commercial offers with the pre-sales teams and design offices.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications.
- Participate in the definition of technical solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations until contracts are signed.
- Coordinate project launches with internal teams.
- Represent the company to clients, partners, and at professional trade fairs.
Key Challenges of the Position
Develop commercial activity in the industrial furnace and thermal processes market.
Progressively take over a strategic portfolio within a context of team renewal.
Profile Description:
Desired Profile***Proven experience in the commercial development of industrial projects.
- Knowledge of industrial furnaces, thermal processes, or an equivalent environment.
- Experience in special machines constitutes a real asset.
- Professional English is indispensable.
- A taste for field work and travel (France / international). Leadership, autonomy, and the ability to evolve towards managerial responsibilities.
What We Offer
Executive Status - CDI Fixed remuneration between €60k and €67k gross annual, paid over 13 months, depending on profile. + Attractive variable part linked to performance
