HSE Lead Facilitator (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Conducteur de travaux, you will ensure the HSE and administrative monitoring of site activities. You will operate within a versatile scope, with a strong field presence and numerous interlocutors.

Your main missions***Drive HSE monitoring of construction sites by applying internal and client procedures, and by implementing prevention actions: training, toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, safety drills. Ensure administrative monitoring of projects by compiling and controlling the documents necessary for their proper completion, particularly for end-of-site files and the TQC (Tel Que Construit). Guarantee documentary compliance by verifying the consistency and completeness of technical and administrative documents, and by ensuring necessary follow-ups with various stakeholders.

• Prepare quality monitoring for operations: minutes, quality plans, non-conformity reports. Participate in site meetings: safety, steering, organization, and coordination.
• Ensure administrative monitoring of site personnel: medical visits, training, time tracking, site access, leave, temporary contracts, and preparation of payroll elements.
• Monitor regulatory controls related to infrastructure, site equipment, and metrology.
• Act as the link between different interlocutors: Conducteur de travaux, HSE, quality, chargés d'affaires, RH, and management.

• Remuneration: starting from 40 k€ gross annual on 13 months depending on profile and experience
• Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Profile Description:

What we are looking for

You have at least 3 years of experience in a construction site environment, ideally in the sectors of boiler making, mécano-soudure, industrial mechanics, and/or nuclear.

With a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in HSE, QHSE, or a related technical field, you are comfortable in industrial environments and know how to juggle HSE, administrative, and operational topics.

You particularly master HSE issues related to industrial sites, reading mécano-soudé plans, the Pack Office, and English.

You are recognized for your autonomy and rigor, your ability to naturally assert yourself in the field and ensure rules are respected, your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interlocutors, your sense of organization and planning, and your agility and flexibility in a versatile role.

Experience in the nuclear sector and a good understanding of mechanical and mécano-soudé environments will be particularly appreciated.
