Product Owner M/F

As a Product Owner, you carry the product vision and ensure that the delivered value is maximized. You are at the heart of exchanges between the business, IT, and Data teams and drive product delivery from end to end.

Missions Your daily routine will revolve particularly around the following missions:

• Carrying the product vision and maximizing the delivered value.
• Driving and prioritizing the product backlog based on business and Data challenges.
• Gathering and defining business needs with a strong Data orientation.
• Writing and prioritizing user stories.
• Facilitating agile rituals.
• Collaborating with development teams and various stakeholders.
• Driving product delivery while guaranteeing quality, value, and respect for deadlines.
• Defining and monitoring product and usage KPIs.

Contract Modalities

• Location: Lyon (69)
• Remuneration: €35,000 to €50,000 gross annual
• Occasional teleworking
• 9 RTT days, including 1 solidarity day
• Health insurance covered at 100%
• Soft mobility bonus: €600 / year
• Swile card: €9 / day, of which €5.40 is covered

You have 5 to 8 years of experience in digital product or project management, including at least 4 years as a Product Owner. You also possess:

• A good mastery of agile frameworks, notably SAFe.
• Strong expertise and a real appetite for Data.
• A PSPO certification will be appreciated.
• Experience in the energy and/or insurance sectors is a plus.
• A professional level of written and spoken English is necessary for this position.
