Job Description:

We are looking for a profile capable of going far beyond the sale of a charging solution.

Your mission: identify where value is created in the French energy and electric mobility ecosystem, then transform these opportunities into strategic partnerships and new recurring revenues.

At the crossroads of energy, mobility, and technology, you will work notably on the issues of energy flexibility, charging optimization, and the valorization of usage and data.

Concretely, your missions will be to map the French ecosystem and identify new partnership opportunities; develop relationships with energy companies, flexibility operators, mobility players, fleets, automotive manufacturers, or other strategic partners; imagine and build new value-creating business models; negotiate and finalize agreements generating, in particular, recurring revenues; manage partnerships from the identification of the opportunity to their deployment; coordinate various internal stakeholders: Sales, Product, Business Development, and international teams; represent the French market to European teams and contribute to the global development strategy.

You will have strong autonomy in the French market, while being fully integrated into a European organization.

Profile Description:

Ideally, you have about 10 years of experience and already know the issues related to energy, energy flexibility, electric mobility, charging, or associated infrastructures.

You have already developed complex partnerships, built new offers, or worked on Business Development topics with a strong strategic dimension.

Beyond your background, we are primarily looking for someone capable of quickly understanding an ecosystem, identifying the right interlocutors, and transforming a still poorly structured opportunity into a concrete project.

Autonomous and curious, you are comfortable in an agile organization where not everything is necessarily written in advance.

You know how to navigate between technical, economic, and commercial issues and interact as well with Product teams as with sales, marketing, or strategic departments.

Fluent professional English is essential for working regularly with European teams.

Why join this adventure?

You are joining a profitable and growing company, already benefiting from a solid presence in Europe but with still much to build in the French market.

The position offers a particularly interesting combination: strategic dimension, autonomy, technology, energy, and international.
