DESCRIPTION:

Your responsibilities

Customs Operations

• Perform import/export operations (notification, entry, declarations)
• Manage the release of goods (BAE)
• Ensure the follow-up of customs clearance files
• Perform mandatory monthly declarations
• Manage the payment of duties and taxes

Administrative and Financial Follow-up

• Ensure document management and archiving
• Control invoicing and monitor costs
• Occasionally organize specific transport

Compliance & Regulation

• Ensure active regulatory monitoring
• Guarantee compliance (tariff classification, origin, value)
• Disseminate updates internally
• Implement procedures and corrective actions
• Raise awareness among teams regarding risks

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor performance indicators
• Optimize customs flows and processes
• Participate in improvement projects

Support & Coordination

• Support internal teams
• Manage controls and disputes
• Act as a technical expert
• Interact with an international network

PROFILE:

Salary: between 30,000 to 45,000 gross annual depending on experience

Sought Profile

Education & Experience

• Bac +2/3 in customs, transport or logistics
• Proven experience in customs (industry or transit)
• Good mastery of customs regulations
• Experience with ERP (type SAP) and specialized tools
• Professional English indispensable
