Industrial Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

As the primary point of contact for the client after the order is placed, you will ensure the complete management of industrial projects until their final acceptance.

In connection with the various technical departments (design office, automation, robotics, workshop, construction site), you guarantee the smooth running of projects while respecting costs, deadlines, and quality.

Your Missions

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing projects from A to Z until their acceptance.

• Be the main point of contact for the client throughout the project.
• Coordinate internal teams and partners.
• Ensure the monitoring of schedules, budgets, and indicators.
• Supervise construction site phases and contractual milestones.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction until the closing of the business.

Key Challenges of the Position

Guarantee the technical and economic success of projects. Ensure efficient coordination between the different trades. Be the single point of reference for the client throughout the project. Manage several projects in parallel in an international environment.

Profile Description:

Profile sought***Technical training (mechanics, electromechanics, industrial engineering or equivalent) Confirmed experience (minimum 10 years) in industrial project management

• Experience in a special machines, industrial process, or industrial equipment environment.
• Solid knowledge in mechanics; notions in automation and electricity are appreciated.
• Professional English is indispensable.
• High autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a taste for field work.
• Significant mobility (approximately 50% travel in France and internationally).
