Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the retail stall to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Maintain a high standard of retail cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation to provide customers with a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. Conduct regular checks to ensure the stall, service areas, equipment and surrounding areas are clean, tidy and properly maintained. Ensure products, displays and merchandise are neatly arranged and presented according to company standards. Monitor daily operations and promptly address any operational issues that may affect customer experience. Supervise and guide staff to ensure they follow company procedures, cleanliness standards and service requirements. Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate replenishment where necessary to support daily operations. Monitor staff attendance, work performance and daily task completion. Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational or service-related issues professionally. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene and company operational procedures where applicable. Coordinate with management and relevant departments on operational matters, maintenance issues and improvement initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical measures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, outlet operations, hospitality, F&B or a similar supervisory role. Candidates with supervisory or team-lead experience will be preferred. Strong knowledge of daily retail operations, cleanliness, hygiene and outlet presentation standards. Able to supervise, guide and coordinate staff to ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers and management. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks. Able to identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them promptly. Customer-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, comfortable and welcoming retail environment. Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.、 Willing to work retail operating hours, weekends and public holidays, where required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain simple operational records and reports. Candidates who are able to communicate in English and/or other relevant languages will be an advantage.
