An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing PE-backed organisation based in Hertfordshire.
This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in supporting the organisation's continued growth, managing a high volume of vacancies across multiple locations and partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a strong candidate sourcer, highly organised and comfortable working in a demanding, multi-site environment where priorities can change quickly.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a high volume of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Take ownership of multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring roles progress efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers across multiple sites to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews, assessing suitability against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication through to offer.
- Provide recruitment market insight and regular updates to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is carried out in line with company policies, employment legislation and internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure appropriate right-to-work and pre-employment checks are completed.
About You
- Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or a high-volume agency environment.
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills and a proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience managing a large number of vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting across multiple sites or locations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm when working under pressure.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in improving recruitment processes and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
