About the role

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Basic Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 Fixed Shift Options - select one preferred shift: Shift 1: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

As Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations and ensuring the smooth deployment of drivers and vehicles for import and export cargo movements. This role involves transport planning, job allocation, operational coordination and accurate record keeping to ensure collections and deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily routing for import and export cargo collection and delivery
• Assign and deploy collection/delivery jobs to drivers and trucks
• Coordinate closely with drivers to ensure jobs are completed according to schedule
• Monitor transport movements and manage any operational changes or delays
• Record truck start and end timings accurately for billing purposes
• Assign and update jobs through the company App/System
• Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are properly collected and accounted for
• Maintain accurate transport and operational records
• Support day-to-day transport operations and resolve delivery or collection issues when required

About you

• 3 years' logistics experience in planning, fleet control or traffic management
• Class 3 (Mandatory), Class 4 Singapore driving licence (Preferred)
• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• GPS fleet tracking systems/TMS experience is an advantage
