MNC | Reputable company Technology & Digital Transformation Role Lead End-to-End AI & Data Projects Work Closely with Business & Technical Teams Exposure to AI, Data Science & Cloud Technologies One Tech Stop is looking for a Data Scientist to lead the delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives. This role sits between business stakeholders and technical teams , translating business challenges into practical AI/data solutions and driving projects from ideation through to production.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science projects , from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment and handover. Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities , translating them into clear project objectives and deliverables. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, Engineers and Technical Leads to deliver practical and scalable solutions. Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, risks, issues and dependencies. Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to support effective project delivery. Coordinate UAT, production readiness, deployment and transition to operational teams. Present project updates, technical findings and outcomes to business and senior stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams. Ensure project documentation, approvals, governance and handover requirements are completed. Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business productivity through AI, data and technology .

REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline . Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data/AI project delivery, Technical Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, Product Ownership or similar roles. Experience managing projects across the AI / Data Science lifecycle from ideation to production. Good understanding of AI/ML, data-driven solutions and technology delivery . Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Able to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions . Proactive, analytical and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
