We are currently looking for an employee for the position of Gelatin Preparation Technician (m/f)

Job Description:

1. Preparation of dye solutions for coloring the gelatin solution according to work instructions
2. Preparation and dispersion of fillers for colored gelatin solutions according to work instructions
3. Coloring of the gelatin solution and correction of viscosity, shades, and temperatures (if necessary) according to work instructions
4. Correction of shades and temperatures
5. Checking the parameters of the colored gelatin solution according to work instructions
6. Checking the correctness of tank valves and the presence of air bubbles and black spots in the prepared colored gelatin solution
7. Responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the gelatin preparation area
8. Washing and disinfection of utensils and equipment for the preparation of components for coloring the gelatin solution and the preparation of the gelatin solution
9. Timely and orderly maintenance of prescribed documentation in accordance with valid work instructions and good documentation practice
10. Data entry into the information system (SAP),
11. Preparation of titanium dioxide dispersion in the Temec reactor
12. Compliance with GMP and ISO system regulations and procedures
13. Preparation of weights for dyes, fillers, and additives in accordance with the production plan
14. Calibration of scales according to work instructions

Required Competencies:

• Formal education: High school education in a chemical or pharmaceutical field
• Experience: 1 year in similar positions is desirable, but not a requirement
• Foreign language: Basic knowledge of English in speaking and writing
• IT skills: Knowledge of MS Office package
