General Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily company operations and multiple construction projects.

Manage project teams, site operations, manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, quality, safety, and timelines.

Lead business development, tendering, client relationships, and commercial activities.

Manage and develop staff and improve company productivity.

Ensure compliance with Singapore construction and safety requirements.

Report to the Directors on company performance and business development.

Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and profitability.
