CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Must have:

1. 8–15+ years electrical construction experience
2. Proven site project management experience

Strong LV/MV/HV knowledge

1. Busduct / busbar installation experience — preferably LV and/or MV
2. Switchboards, transformers, cables and power distribution
3. Electrical containment and cable tray installation

ELV systems knowledge

1. Shop drawings, method statements, RA/SWP, RFIs

Testing & commissioning

1. Coordination with main contractor, consultants and subcontractors
2. Project schedule, manpower, materials and cost control
3. Variation orders / progress claims / EOT

Good knowledge of Singapore electrical requirements and site safety

1. Especially valuable: experience with data centres, commercial buildings, industrial plants or large infrastructure projects.
