Human Capital Manager & Market Access Project Manager

About the company

ACE NORD Associates Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client operating across real estate and hospitality, agribusiness, advertising and media, project development, international trade, and market access.

Your tasks

The successful candidate will manage human capital activities across the client's businesses and coordinate a Market Access Programme supporting African brands to prepare for and enter international markets, using a GCC country as an initial gateway.

1) Human Capital Management

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and organisational structures.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, leave, attendance, and statutory HR requirements with Finance.
• Manage performance, probation, employee relations, training, exits, and HR reporting.

2) Market Access Project Management

• Coordinate programme work plans, timelines, participating brands, and deliverables.
• Support product readiness, export documentation, regulatory requirements, packaging, labelling, and logistics.
• Liaise with brands, suppliers, regulators, laboratories, logistics providers, and programme partners.
• Track budgets, milestones, risks, and outstanding actions; provide regular management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including practical HR or human capital management.
• Experience improving HR systems and managing recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
• Business development, project coordination, stakeholder management, or multi-business experience is desirable.
• CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Nigerian employment and statutory HR requirements.
• Strong organisation, communication, reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR/project management tools.
• High integrity, sound judgement, discretion, and willingness to travel within Nigeria and internationally.
