Responsibilities and assignments

➡️What will your day-to-day be like? You will be responsible for developing layouts and mechanical projects of production cells (including 3D modeling and detailing) focusing on machines, equipment, and components, applicable in manufacturing facilities. Specify and dimension mechanical components.

➡️Your main challenges will be:

• Develop and interpret technical drawings for the fabrication and modification of machines and equipment, according to technical standards;
• Develop project drawings, defining their characteristics and determining execution stages and other technical elements;
• Modify, redesign, and update existing drawings, according to needs;
• Proceed with surveys and measurements of buildings, environments, and locations, for subsequent execution of drawings;
• Collect and process requirements from customers and related areas and apply them to projects;
• Prepare support material for the approval of developed projects;
• Perform technical equalization and evaluate technical proposals for fabrication / project execution;
• Execute projects that promote the best organization practices for the factory with a focus on operational excellence;
• Comply with the Integrated Management System standards, performing activities according to Nemak policies;

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Mechanical Engineering;
• Basic English;
• Advanced Solid Works;
• Autocad;
• Mechanical interference and reach simulation;
• Reading and Interpretation of Mechanical Drawings.
