Job Summary

Coordinate and support daily sales operations by processing orders, liaising with customers and internal teams, preparing reports, and resolving sales issues to ensure smooth business activities and help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations to maintain smooth business activities and support sales targets
  • Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Communicate with customers to address orders, deliveries, and sales-related enquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor sales orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries and customer requests to maintain service quality
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales transactions, and relevant documentation accurately
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management to track performance
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Support the sales team by improving operational efficiency and contributing to sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in sales coordination, administration, or operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good communication and organisational skills demonstrated in sales or administrative contexts
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and responsible in handling sales documentation and customer interactions
