[ENTRY LEVEL] Airport Ramp Agent / Baggage Handler
About the company
ACE Management Services Pte Ltd is hiring Airport Ramp Agents to support aircraft ground handling operations at Changi Airport. No prior aviation or airport experience is required.
Your tasks
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo and mail from aircraft
- Sort baggage and cargo according to labels and destinations
- Stack, net, lock and secure loads safely
- Handle special items such as strollers, mobility aids, perishables and live animals
- Move cargo containers, dollies and trolleys around the aircraft
- Place and remove safety cones for arriving and departing flights
- Follow all airside safety and security procedures
- Report operational irregularities promptly to the Team Leader
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and LTVP holders
- 18 years old and above
- No experience required
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to understand and communicate in simple English
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and Public Holidays
Full training will be provided.
What we offer
4-Day Work Week Approximately 19 working days / 190 hours per month Basic Salary: $2,000 Attendance Bonus: $700 Monthly Gross: $2,700
5-Day Work Week Approximately 22 working days / 220 hours per month Basic Salary: $2,000 Attendance Bonus: $800 OT: Approximately $470+ Monthly Gross: $3,270
Higher Commitment Up to 26 working days / 260 hours per month Basic Salary: $2,000 Attendance Bonus: Up to $900 OT: Up to approximately $1,100+ Monthly Gross: Up to $4,000

All rosters are 12-hour shifts, inclusive of meal breaks. OT is paid at 1.5x for eligible overtime hours.
Students, part-timers and applicants awaiting National Service enlistment are not eligible.
