- Ensures growth and profitability of the company by providing quality customer and employee support services; guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, accurate counter and treasury operations, effective supervision of store's transactions, constant monitoring, reordering & transferring of stocks; proactive team management and development; and consistent in reporting sales to management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course (preferred but may consider equivalent retail supervisory experience.)
- At least 3-4 years of retail experience, hardware, sales or services
