Plan promotion activities
Negotiate other Income Rental for (Gondola End, Bin, Block Display, etc.)
Negotiate Trading Terms, Rebate & Incentive with suppliers
Develop private Label / House Brand
Update Planogram periodically according to sales performance and margin contribution of the category
Work with Operations to maximize sales & profit
